Despite some lukewarm reviews and mediocre ratings, Netflix has given it another chance. That has to be great news for the show’s fans, who were left with a cliffhanger on the season 3 finale.
As noted by the Hollywood Reporter, creator Joe Henderson said Fox’s decision to cancel the show “fucking hurts” and he apologized for frustrating the series’ fans.
Interestingly, the news outlet writes that Hulu, not Netflix, had the streaming rights to Lucifer and that the deal had to be reconfigured because of it.
