I’m going to show you exactly how to do a juice cleanse recipe that will detoxify, and support your liver for optimum health. And it is one of the only thing that actually assist with Phase 2 liver detoxification. We have one lime as well, helps with the detoxifying the liver. Ginger. Almost a signature of ginger if you ever looked at it. It looks like a small intestine. Some of the things that it does, it actually heats the body up. Aeraveda talks about it 5000 years worth of science, and knowledge points to ginger actually pointing out toxins in the body. So when you eat ginger it helps you press out those toxins. Cucumber is loaded with hydration, silica, tons of minerals in there.
And then we have Swish Chard, which we have 4 leaves of Kale, and we have 3 leaves of Swish Chard as well. These are loaded with phytonutrients, magnesium, aminos, different things that are going to help your body recharge, and support your liver in the detoxification process.
