How much of Raw Ginger can we eat?

How much raw ginger can you eat?

Correct upper limits do not exist. If you want to eat ginger raw for a long time and daily, then you should take a maximum of five to ten grams of it. You will notice that these quantities are quite sufficient.

Side effects of too much ginger
